Base salary €25,000-€50,000pa (DOE)
Southeast Financial Services are seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and self-motivated Financial Advisor to join our successful and growing organisation. We are an award winning company and provide our clients with expert financial planning including pensions, life protection, retirement, inheritance planning, savings, investments, strategic wealth management, Mortgages and more.
DESCRIPTION:
As a financial broker, you will be reporting directly to our Director and will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets. You will be primarily field-based and will be provided with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills You will build up your own client book by advising on and selling a range of policies. The key duties of this position will be to identify financial services needs with potential and existing clients and providing professional advice and solutions to clients while building strong relationships.

REQUIRMENTS:
. (QFA) Qualified Financial Advisor achieved or progress being made towards same.
. Self-confident and receptive to coaching with a high standard of personal integrity.
, Proven ability to achieve targets while keeping high standards of professionalism and advice
. Ability to conduct a comprehensive fact find with customers to identify their needs and objectives
. Develop new clients through leads, new trends, referrals and consistently reaching sales targets
. Make recommendations and provide solutions ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and standards.
. Deliver a consistent, high level of professional customer service with focus on enhancing the customer experience at every interaction
. Relationship management – building quality, long-term relationships with our customers by providing an efficient and specialised service to customers
. Candidates must pass all compliance and legal background checks before being selected
REMUNERATION:
Guaranteed salary with an uncapped quarterly commission. We are willing to negotiate on a package which suits you bearing in mind your relevant experience to date and particularly your performance as we go forward.
